Now, I know what you are thinking. After what I said about Magneto, The Joker couldn't possibly rank higher than the master of magnetism. Wrong! The Joker tops Magneto because he is insane, relentless, and terrifying! There, I made it through a whole post about The Joker without mentioning Heath Led... Awwwww damnit!
